Ice Cubes

Lime slice

Preparation:
In a bowl take two cups water and dissolve salt and sugar in it. Squeeze lime juice into sweetened water and mix well. Taste the juice and adjust sugar according to taste. Serve immediately.
To make it look fancy, wet the rim of the glass. Mix sugar and salt together and put it on a cutting board or a plate. Dip the rim of the glass in the sugar & salt. Pour the sharbet into the glass, add ice cubes, put a slice of lime to the rim of the glass and serve immediately. I used chilled water so did not add any ice cubes to my nimbu sharbat.
